The product
A TapKue card is an NFC card or sticker with a printed QR code. Each one carries a fixed link to TapKue that forwards to a destination you set. We keep that forwarding running for the life of the card at no further cost.
The destination is yours. Do not point a card at anything unlawful in the UAE, misleading, or that you have no right to publish.
Orders and prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT. An order is accepted when you receive the order number. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot fulfil it.
Cash on delivery is paid to the courier in full. Card payments are taken when you place the order.
The dashboard
Free, for as long as TapKue exists. If we ever close the service we will give ninety days' notice by email and the cards will keep forwarding until then.
Liability
We are responsible for the card working as described. We are not responsible for the content of the pages a card opens, for your Google, WhatsApp or menu provider, or for loss of business while a card is out of service. Our total liability for an order is the amount paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai. Shapes Infinity FZE LLC.
