What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. When you sign in: your email, and if you use Google, the name on that account.

When a customer taps a card: the time of the tap and the destination it opened. We do not collect the customer's name, number or device identity.

When you set up a contact card: the business details you type in, which are handed to anyone who taps that card.

We store all of this on our own server, and process card payments through Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Why

To deliver your order, to show you your orders and cards in the dashboard, and to count taps so you can see the card working. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. Your cart and your sound preference live in your own browser and never reach us. There are no tracking cookies.

Your rights

Email hello@tapkue.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within seven days and delete within thirty, except order records we must keep for UAE tax purposes, which we keep for five years.
