Replacement
If a card does not read, or arrives damaged, tell us within seven days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost and collect the faulty card.
Change of mind
Cards are printed to order, so we cannot take them back once printed. If you cancel before printing starts, usually within a few hours of ordering, we refund in full to the same card, or cancel the cash-on-delivery order.
How refunds arrive
Card refunds reach your statement within five to ten working days depending on your bank. There are no fees for refunds.
