NFC business card

Your number, saved in one tap.

An NFC business card is a card that hands over your details with a tap instead of a piece of paper that gets lost. The TapKue card does that for your shop: a customer taps, your contact card opens on their phone, and one more tap saves it. Your menu, bookings and Google reviews sit on the same page.

What it is

A black card with gold print, an NFC chip inside and a QR code on the face. Keep one in the stand on the counter for customers, and carry one in your wallet for suppliers and partners.

It is a business card for the business, not for one person: the name, phone, WhatsApp, email, address and opening hours of the shop, saved to the customer's phone with your logo.

How it works

The customer holds their phone to the card. Their phone shows a page with your name and a Save our contact button. One tap on an iPhone or an Android phone adds you to their contacts, with a WhatsApp link and your address ready for directions.

Any iPhone from the XS up and any Android phone with NFC reads the card with the screen unlocked. Older phones scan the QR printed on the face. Nothing to install.

The chip holds a fixed link to TapKue. The details it hands over come from your dashboard, so when a number changes you type the new one in and every card you own is up to date.

Why a card and not a paper one

A paper card is read once and lost. A saved contact is in the phone the next time the customer wants to order, book or ask a question, and WhatsApp is one tap away from it.

There is no subscription. Many NFC business cards in Dubai charge a monthly fee for the page behind the tap; TapKue's dashboard is free for as long as the card exists.

Who uses it

Restaurants and cafés for delivery orders on WhatsApp. Salons and clinics for appointments. Real estate agents, car services, tailors and repair shops, anyone whose customers come back by phone.

What it costs

AED 99 for the card, the acrylic counter stand and the box, VAT included. Packs of 3, 5 and 10 from AED 79 a card. The dashboard is free for as long as the card exists: no subscription, no per-tap fee.

Delivery

Two days in Dubai, two to three days in the other emirates. Delivery is AED 20 under AED 100 and free from AED 100; same-day in Dubai for orders placed before 2pm. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or cash on delivery.

Setting it up

When the card arrives, tap it with your own phone. It opens a page to create your login. Switch on what you want the card to show, type in the details, save, and tap again to see it work. Change it any time from the dashboard; the card never needs reprinting.
