Yes. Type the opening line in the dashboard, for example 'Hi, I would like to book an appointment', and the chat opens with it filled in.

Can I change the link later?

Booking card

Booked before they leave.

A booking card puts your appointment or table booking one tap away, at the desk where the customer is standing. Use the booking link you already have, or let them book on WhatsApp. The TapKue card carries your Google reviews, menu and contact details on the same page.

What it is

A black and gold card in an acrylic stand at reception or by the till, with an NFC chip inside and a QR on the face. A tap opens your page with Book now as the first button.

Book now goes wherever your bookings happen: Fresha, Zenoti, a form on your website, a Google booking link, or a WhatsApp chat with you that opens with the first message already written.

How it works

A customer finishes a haircut, a treatment or a meal and taps the card on the way out. Their phone opens your page, they press Book now, and the next appointment is in the diary while they are still with you.

Any iPhone from the XS up and any Android phone with NFC reads the card with the screen unlocked. Older phones scan the QR printed on the face. Nothing to install.

No booking system? Switch on WhatsApp. The customer's phone opens a chat with your number and a line such as 'Hi, I would like to book', and you reply as you always do.

Why it works

The best moment to book the next visit is the end of this one. A card at the desk asks every customer, without the staff having to.

The same card carries Leave a review, so the customer who just booked can rate you in the same minute.

Who uses it

Salons, barbers, nail studios and spas. Dental and aesthetic clinics. Restaurants that take table bookings. Car washes, detailers, gyms and personal trainers. Anywhere the next visit is worth asking for.

What it costs

AED 99 for the card, the acrylic counter stand and the box, VAT included. Packs of 3, 5 and 10 from AED 79 a card. The dashboard is free for as long as the card exists: no subscription, no per-tap fee.

Delivery

Two days in Dubai, two to three days in the other emirates. Delivery is AED 20 under AED 100 and free from AED 100; same-day in Dubai for orders placed before 2pm. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or cash on delivery.

Setting it up

When the card arrives, tap it with your own phone. It opens a page to create your login. Switch on what you want the card to show, type in the details, save, and tap again to see it work. Change it any time from the dashboard; the card never needs reprinting.
