- Does the customer need an app?
- No. Any iPhone from the XS up and any Android phone with NFC reads the card with the screen unlocked. Older phones scan the printed QR.
- Can I change where the card opens?
- Yes, any time, from the dashboard. The chip holds a fixed link to TapKue; we forward it to whatever you choose. The card itself never changes.
- What is in the box?
- The card, printed with its purpose, an acrylic counter stand, and the box. In a pack of 3, 5 or 10, any mix of cards, every card has its own stand and the pack ships in one box. Nothing else to buy.
- What does the dashboard cost?
- Nothing, ever. You pay for the card once. There is no subscription and no per-tap fee.
- How fast is delivery?
- Two days in Dubai, two to three days in the other emirates. Delivery is AED 20 under AED 100 and free from AED 100. Same-day in Dubai for orders placed before 2pm.
- What if a card stops working?
- Tell us within seven days of delivery and we replace it. After that, a replacement card is the single-card price.
- Can I order for several branches?
- Yes. Every card is AED 99 with its stand and box, and every card has its own destination in the dashboard.
